Charlotte holds a number of industry certifications including Adobe Analytics Implementation Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst.

Mark is curious and passionate about human-oriented data analysis, data-driven decision making, and mixed-methods research. An expert in data visualization techniques, Mark draws on his background in sociology to understand the context in which data lives and breathes. Mark began his career as a community manager with Epicentr Social, before joining Skyrocket Digital where he generated leads for their app & web development service. He applied what he learned from previous experiences into his role as a digital strategist bringing new platforms like Snapchat into the media mix, and shaped content decisions through standard and ad-hoc web analysis.
